Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-Respondents.
The petitioner claims that he is working as Chowkidar in I.T.I. since 2010. As per impugned order as well as letter of appointment of the petitioner, the petitioner has been engaged in I.T.I through service provider called I.M.C. The said appointment of the petitioner being through a service provider, writ petition against the service provider is not maintainable.
Since the petitioner is seeking violation of contractual obligation, he may approach appropriate forum for its redressal of his grievance.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
