The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite party for wilful disobedience of the judgement and order dated 12.10.2020 passed in Contempt Application (Civil) No.3856 of 2020 (Pramod Kumar Vs. Satyendra Kumar, Zila Basic Shiksha Adhikari).
An affidavit of compliance filed by Sri Shivam Yadav, learned counsel, on behalf of the opposite party is taken on record. It is stated in the affidavit of compliance that the order passed by the writ Court has already been complied with.
Learned counsel for the applicant has no objection.
In this view of the matter, Court is of the opinion that the order passed by the writ court has been complied with, therefore, no cause of action remained survive.
In view of the same, the present contempt application is dismissed.
