From perusal of the order dated 11.04.2011, it appears that when the writ petition was filed, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Today also, none appears on behalf of the petitioner to press the writ petition even in the revised call. It appears that the writ petition has become infructuous.
In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to move a recall application within thirty days, if, according to him, the writ petition still survives.
