Petitioner seeks to set aside the order passed in Crl.R.P.No.24 of 2010 dated 14.07.2011 on the file of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court III, Virudhachalam, confirming the order passed in M.C.No.17 of 2007 dated 27.05.2010 on the file of learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Neyveli.
2. M.C.No.17 of 2007 on the file of learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Neyveli, is an action preferred by respondent/wife u/s.125 Cr.P.C. An order has been passed therein on 27.05.2010 directing payment of maintenance in a sum of Rs.2,500/- p.m. Challenging the same, petitioner has preferred Crl.R.P.No.24 of 2010 on the file of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court III, Virudhachalam and such revision has been dismissed under orders dated 14.07.2011. Challenging the same, the present petition has been filed u/s.482 Cr.P.C.
