We have considered the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, we deem it proper that the petitioner may move an appropriate representation before the Nagar Ayukta, Ghaziabad Nagar Nigam, District Ghaziabad annexing all such material in support of his claim and also a certified copy of this order whereupon the said officer shall get the same enquired into and take appropriate steps as may be deemed necessary in order to maintain safe and hygienic conditions for the residents of the locality, such decision may be taken within a period of four weeks from the date of submission of the representation.
Petition is disposed off accordingly.
