This writ petition has been filed against an order of cancellation of the licence to run the Fair Price Shop.
Learned Standing Counsel states that the order was appealable. No interference is, therefore, warranted.
However, it is provided that if petitioner files an Appeal within a period of one month from today then without going to the question of limitation, the same shall be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order. The copy of this order would be duly certified by the petitioner's counsel.
With these observations/directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
