Rejoinder affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioner, is taken on record.
The present writ petition has been filed against the orders dated 31.8.2007 and 15.10.2007 passed by the revenue courts remanding back the matter to the trial court for a fresh decision on the restoration application filed by the petitioner.
Through the impugned orders, the rights of the parties had not been determined and the orders are interlocutory in nature.
In view of the aforesaid, it is not a fit case for interference by this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
The writ petition is dismissed.
