After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that there exits alternative remedy for the petitioner and, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail such remedy.
State counsel has no objection to this proposition.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
