This anticipatory bail application u/s 438 Cr.P.C. has been moved seeking the bail of applicant namely Pradeep in the event of his arrest in Case Crime No.434 of 2019, under Section 307 I.P.C., P.S. Jahangirabad, District Bulandshahr.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant, and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
Learned counsel for the applicant has not been able to point out any such aspect which may persuade this Court to allow this anticipatory bail application. Three incised wounds have been caused to the victim. The applicant is the sole offender in the case. No good ground for grant of anticipatory bail is made out in favour of the applicant.
Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is rejected.
It is clarified that the observations, if any, made in this order are strictly confined to the disposal of the bail application and must not be construed to have any reflection on the ultimate merits of the case.
