Learned counsel for the petitioner does not press relief 1.
The only prayer made is for directions being framed for expeditious disposal of the reference made under Section 25(1) of the Societies Registration Act, 1860 which is stated to have been submitted on 18 January 2019.
Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent states that subject to verification of all facts and contentions on merits being kept open, all endeavour shall be made to decide the pending reference dated 18 January 2019 expeditiously and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
Accordingly, this petition shall stand disposed of in light of the statement noted above.
