Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.
This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of the applicant with a prayer to direct the court below to decide the Case No.21 of 2013 arising out of Case Crime No.66 of 2012 (State Vs. Pradeep Kumar Singh), under Section 16 and 17 of Bonded Labor (Abolitioin) Act, 1976, Police Station- Kapsethi, District- Varanasi pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Varanasi as early as possible within the stipulated time.
Applicant is one of the accused of this case and facing the trial. The only prayer has been made in the application to issue direction to the trial court to expedite the disposal of the case.
Expeditious disposal of the case is right of the every litigant and it is expected from every court to decide a case pending before it as expeditiously as possible.
Therefore, the trial Court is directed to make all possible efforts to decide the aforesaid case as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either the parties, if there is no other legal impediment.
With the aforesaid direction, the instant application is finally disposed of.
