The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the court below to decide Case No.46 of 2019 under Section 25 of the Guardian and Wards Act within a specified time frame.
A perusal of the order sheet reveals that the case was filed on 1.8.2019. On the said date, the court issued notices to the opposite parties fixing 3.10.2019. Even before service could be effected upon the opposite parties, the petitioner has rushed to this Court.
The petition being premature is accordingly dismissed.
