The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a prayer to give a direction to the court below to decide the Case No. 184 of 2008 arising out of Case Crime No. 252 of 2003 (State vs. Biresh and others) under Sections 307 and 504 IPC, Police Station Eka, District- Firozabad pending in the Court of Special Judge Court No. 4, Firozabad within a stipulated period.
Keeping in view that the matter relates to the year 2003, I hereby direct to the Special Judge Court No. 4, Firozabad to gear up the matter and make necessary endeavour to conclude the same within a period of one and half year preferably after adhering to the provisions of law u/s 309 Cr.P.C..
With the aforesaid directions, this 482 Cr.P.C. application is finally disposed of.
