JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned Counsel Mr. Vishwas S. Dave seeks permission to file his Vakalatnama on behalf of the complainant. Permission as prayed for is granted.
Learned Counsel Mr. Sanjay Kumar appearing for learned Counsel Mr. B.M. Mangukiya appearing for the applicant submits that the present applicant has preferred a quashing petition and this Court has passed an order to the effect that no coercive action will be taken by the investigating officer. The quashing petition has been fixed on 15th July, 2012.
In view of the above, learned Counsel for the applicant does not press the application at this stage. Hence, this application stands disposed of as not pressed. Rule discharged.
However, the applicant is at liberty to file a fresh application for bail and in such an event, the same shall be decided on merits and in accordance with law without being influenced by any order/s of this Court.
