This is a writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :
(i) issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus, commanding and directing to the respondent no. 2 (Collector, Allahabad, District Allahabad) to recover the amount of Rs. 4,64,937/- from the respondent no. 3, within a specific period.
(ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, commanding and directing the respondent no. 2 to expedite the recovery proceeding for the amount of Rs. 4,64,937/- in relation to the salary of the petitioner, pending before the respondent no. 2 from 16.2.1999.
(iii) issue a writ, order or direction in any nature, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case.
(iv) award the cost of the instant writ petition in favour of the petitioner.
An order has already been passed in favour of the petitioner by respondent no. 4. The petitioner may move an application before him for enforcement/execution of that order. If any such application is moved the respondent no. 4 shall taken necessary action on that application, in accordance with law at an early date, if possible, within three months of receipt of certified copy of this order. This action may include de- recognition of the institution.
With these directions the writ petition is disposed of.
