[Order of the Court was made by M.VENUGOPAL, J.] This Contempt Petition has been filed to to initiate Contempt Proceedings against the Contemnor/Respondent and to punish him for the wilful disobedience of the order, dated 16.12.20165 made in W.P(MD)No.24119 of 2016.
2.Heard both sides.
3.It is represented on behalf of the Respondent that the 46 illegal water supply connections were disconnected.
4.Recording the aforesaid fact, this Court closes the Contempt Petition, granting liberty to the Petitioner to file a fresh Writ Petition in regard to the other reliefs sought for by him in his representation, dated 28.09.2016, of course, in the manner known to Law and in accordance with Law, if he so desires/advised.
