JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. The present Special Criminal Application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been preferred by the petitioner for the following reliefs;
"(A) The Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the C.I.D. Crime or to C.B.I or any other independent investigating agency to register the FIR with regard to the application of the petitioner which is at Annexure - A to this petition and this Hon'ble Court may be further pleased to direct the C.I.D. Crime or to C.B.I. Or any other independent investigating agency to carry out the investigation;
(B) Pending hearing, hearing and final disposal of this petition, the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to stay the investigation of the F.I.R. being C.I. No. 126/2006 which is at Annexure - B to this petition.
2. Today, when the present petition is taken up for further hearing, Shri Thakore, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. Permission is granted. The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Rule is discharged. Ad-interim relief granted earlier, if any, stands vacated forthwith.
