The primary prayer made in the writ petition, reads thus:
“i. To, issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the First Information Report dated 03.11.2017 registered as Case Crime No.830 of 2017 under sections 363, 366, 323, 504, 506 IPC and 3 (2) (5) SC/ST Act, Police Station Firozabad South District Firozabad.”
Mr. Murtaza, learned AGA, on instructions, submits that the investigating agency has filed a closure/final report under Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, bearing no.1/2018 dated 17.02.2018 and in view thereof, this petition renders infructuous.
The petition is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous.
