This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the court below for early decision of Maintenance Case No.149 of 2015, ( Pooja Vs. Pintu), under Section 125 Cr.P.C, Police Station Partapur, District Meerut pending in the Court of Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, District Meerut.
The submission is that the application of the applicant under Section 125 Cr.P.C is pending since 2015. The other side has already appeared before the Court below.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, District Meerut to decide the application under Section 125 Cr.P.C within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
