Heard learned counsels for the parties.
By means of this application U/s 482 Cr.P.C., the applicant has prayed for expeditious disposal of application under Section 125(3) Cr.P.C. dated 19.07.2017 in Misc. Case No. 65 of 2017, P.S.
Kotwali, District Badaun, pending in the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Badaun.
Learned Additional Government Advocate does not have any objection in case direction issued for disposal of matter pending under Section 125(3) Cr.P.C. before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Badaun.
In view of the above, the Principal Judge, Family Court, Badaun is hereby directed to dispose of the aforesaid case within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid directions, the present 482 Cr.P.C. application is hereby disposed of.
