The Registry has put up submission dated 14.06.2012 stating that while generating regular number of Company Petition No.710 of 2012 filed by learned advocate Mr. D.M. Ahuja, a mistake has been committed and the same has been converted into Company Application No.192 of 2012.
It is stated that due to the said mistake, Company Application No.192 of 2012 is to be reconverted into a Company Petition.
In view of the submission made by the Registry and the mistake committed by it, Company Application No.192 of 2012 may be converted into a Company Petition and list it expeditiously.
The Registry should be more careful, in future.
