Assistant English and to give promotion, by considering the appeals preferred by the petitioners dated 09.08.2016.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the respondents may be directed to pass orders on the appeals preferred by the petitioners, seeking inclusion of their names in the panel for the year 2016 for promotion to the post of B.T. Assistant English and to give promotion within a time frame.
3.In view of the limited prayer sought for, the respondents are directed to pass orders on the appeals preferred by the petitioners both dated 09.08.2016 in accordance with law, if there are no legal impediments, within a period of two months preferably on or before 31.03.2017.
With the above direction, these writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
