This Court, by an order dated, 01.04.2016, 01.06.2016, 07.06.2016 and 15.07.2016 in W.P.(MD).Nos.6434, 9006, 9959 and 12452 of 2016 respectively, had directed the respondents to pay the amount due to the petitioners in twelve equal monthly installments. Since the respondents herein have not complied with the same, the petitioners have come up with these contempt petitions.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, by producing a proceedings in Ref.No.TNSTC/KUM/TRY/DS/SM1/868/2017, dated 29.07.2017, submitted that the order passed in these Writ petitions have been complied with and nothing survives in these contempt petitions.
3.Recording the above submission, these Contempt Petitions are closed. No costs.
