This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to direct the respondents no. 3 to make proper and fair investigation in pursuance of F.I.R. dated 8.11.2017 in Case Crime No. 769 of 2017 under sections 376, 511, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., police station Fatehpur Seekari, district Agra.
The petitioner who is the informant of the present case has come up with the prayer that the direction be given to the respondent no. 3 for directing a fair investigation in the matter as she apprehends that the investigation is not carried out in a fair and proper manner.
Learned A.G.A. has pointed out that in the F.I.R. which has been lodged by the petitioner there is allegation of attempt to rape against the two real brothers and their mother.
After having considered the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner, we do not find any good ground for interference in the matter..
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
