After deliberation at length learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his arguments only with respect to the prayer no.2, which is reproduced below:-
"Issue a writ, order or direction to the respondent no.2 to decide the petitioner's representation dated 26.11.2020 (Annexure No.1) pending before him within specific period"
Grievance of the petitioner is that despite the representation dated 26.11.2020 having been submitted, till date no effective measures have been taken by respondent no.2 to decide the same.
In this conspectus as above, no useful purpose would be served to keep this matter pending, therefore, this court deems it appropriate to finally dispose of the present writ petition, without making any observation on the merits of the case as mentioned in the present writ petition, with a direction to District Magistrate, Mirzapur (respondent No.2), before whom representation dated 26.11.2020 is pending disposal to either decide the same himself or direct the authority concern to take appropriate decision, under the relevant provisions of law as applicable, expeditiously, preferably, within the period of three months from the date in receipt of copy of this order.
It is expected that it should be decided by reasoned and speaking order, in accordance with law, after affording opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned without granting unnecessary adjournments.
The petitioner shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court, Allahabad supported by an affidavit, which shall be verified by the concerned authority from the website of the High Court, Allahabad.
With the aforesaid observation, present writ petition is disposed of.
