The petitioner has approached this Court against the order rejecting his application under Section 156(3), Cr.P.C., which has been affirmed by the revisional court.
This petition is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner is at liberty to file complaint with regard to his grievances. The dismissal of the complaint under Section 156(3), Cr.P.C. Shall not come in the way.
