Case has been called out. No one has appeared on behalf of the revisionist to press the revision. Learned A.G.A. is present on behalf of the opposite party no.2.
The present revision has been preferred against the order dated 03.02.1994 passed by the Additional City Magistrate-IV, Kanpur Nagar in Case No.1 of 1994, by which attachment under Section 146(1) Cr.P.C. was directed.
From the record, it appears that no interim order was passed in the matter.
As over two decades have expired since the time of passing of the impugned order and there existed no interim order, the proceedings under Section 145/146 Cr.P.C. must have already terminated.
In view of the above, this revision appears to have become infructuous and is dismissed as such.
