(Per : HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE MR.BHASKAR BHATTACHARYA) Pursuant to our earlier order, the matter has come up today for further order.
Since the parties have already arrived at the settlement which is being signed today by the learned counsel for the parties, we dispose of this application in terms of the said settlement with only this variation that the concerned allottees will be asked to vacate the existing accommodation within 15 days from the date of issue of allotment letter. With this variation, the settlement arrived at by the parties be given effect to.
The application is disposed of accordingly.
Let copy of the settlement arrived at by the parties be kept with the record to form part of this order.
