Dated this the 07th day of October, 2014 J UD G M E N T The petitioner is the owner of a stage carriage, bearing Registration No.KL-47/A 5185, who was granted temporary permit on the route Azheekode Beach-Kottapuram- Chendrappinny in the vacancy of a regular service up to 02.10.2014 and had made an application for re-issue of the temporary permit, by Ext.P7. Though the said application has been made on 23.09.2014, it is submitted that no steps are taken till date and the temporary permit already obtained is expired.
2. In such circumstances, there will be a direction to the respondent to consider Ext.P7 application of the petitioner and issue temporary permit in accordance with law, within a period of one week from today. Needless to say, such issuance of temporary permit will be subject to a preferential claim, if any.
Writ petition is disposed of as above.
