JUDGMENT / ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police frequently called the petitioner and harassed her under the guise of enquiry.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on instructions, would submit that after investigation, on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, a case in Crime No.7 of 2016, under Section 294(b) and 506(ii) of IPC., has been registered against the petitioner herein on 04.01.2017 and the same is pending on the file of the Koodal Pudur Police Station. He produced a xerox copy of the FIR.
5. In view of the above, since the case pending against the petitioner, no further order is necessary in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
