Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the contesting respondents.
By way of the instant petition, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Principal as well as Manager of the Children Academic School, Dadri, District - Gautambudh Nagar to take appropriate decision on the application of the petitioner dated 16.7.2020, which is with regard to provide on-line facilities of classes and examination to the petitioner's children, who are studying in Classes 7th, 6th, and 3rd.
It is basically a case of not allowing the petitioner's children by respondent no.5 institution to attend the classes. The prayer in fact is exclusively private and is not confined to any government interference and a matter inter-se between the children of the petitioner and respondent no.5. In that regard as per the Annexure No.6, page nos.34 and 35, a letter has been addressed to the Commissioner, Meerut Range dated 7.8.2020, whereby complaint has been made against respondent no.5.
It is expected that respondent no.5 shall consider the grievance of the petitioner in accordance with law. However, no specific direction is being passed by this Court.
With the aforesaid observation, this petition is disposed of. Cost easy.
