It appears from a perusal of the impugned order dated 30.11.2018, that the petitioners are the employees provided by the service provider and NGO named M/s Maa Vaishno Services. The NGO concerned had written letters to the Executive Officer/ Chairman of Nagar Panchayat, Kamlaganj, Farrukhabad dated 19.11.2018. In pursuance of which, the services of the petitioners have been terminated on 30.11.2018. The petitioners' grievance as depicted in the writ petition is against the termination order passed by the Chairman and Executive Officer of Nagar Panchayat, Kamlaganj, Farrukhabad, which are in fact consequential orders, the service of the petitioners is governed by the contract, they entered into with the NGO by the name of M/s Maa Vaishno Services.
The writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
