The sole prayer of the petitioner is that the Restoration Application filed on 27.11.2019 in Suit No.2327 of 2018 (Computer No.201802030304507) under Section 34 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 may be decided expeditiously.
Without entering into the merits of the case, it is being directed that the Restoration Application filed on 27.11.2019 in Suit No.2327 of 2018 (Computer No.201802030304507) under Section 34 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, be decided within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order. The copy of this order shall be duly certified by the petitioner's counsel.
With the aforesaid observations/directions, the writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
