Learned counsel Sri Anil Kumar Gupta appearing on behalf of the revisionist is not present.
Heard learned A.G.A. and perused the record.
This revision has been filed with a prayer to allow the revision and set aside the judgement and order dated 17.3.1994 passed by Judge, Family Court, Bareilly in Criminal Misc. Application No. 765 of 1992, under section 125 Cr.P.C. filed by opposite party-Smt. Renu Khanna.
From a perusal of the impugned judgement it reveals that the application filed under section 125 Cr.P.C. has been allowed by the Judge, Family Court, Bareilly and revisionist-husband is directed to pay Rs. 300/- per month for the petitioner and Rs. 200/- per month for her daughter. Further it reveals that neither there is any illegality or perversity in passing the order of awarding the maintenance to the petitioner, who are wife and daughter of the revisionist.
This revision lacks merit and is hereby dismissed.
