Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
This is a plaintiff's petition for a direction upon the Court concerned to decide Original Suit No. 594 of 2008 within a stipulated period.
From the order-sheet of the case as also from own admission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, it appears that the suit was dismissed twice for non-prosecution and was thereafter restored.
In view of the above, no specific direction need be issued, at this stage.
It is expected that in absence of legal impediment the Court concerned shall bring the suit proceedings to its logical conclusion, in accordance with law.
