Mr.Pandya, learned APP waives service of rule on behalf the respondent-State.
The present application has been preferred by the applicant-convict for temporary bail on the ground that he wants to complete the construction of his house.
The photographs shows that ground is genuine. However, the long time may be required but learned counsel appearing for the applicant declares under the instructions of his client that if 15 days time is granted, he will not come with any extension application.
Under the circumstances, the temporary bail granted to the applicant vide order dated 9.12.2011 in Criminal Misc. Application No.16596 of 2011 shall stand extended till 30th January, 2012 and with the further direction that convict shall surrender with the jail authority on 31st January, 2012.
Application is allowed to the aforesaid extent. Rule made absolute.
