The applicant - writ petitioner has taken out present application seeking below mentioned relief/direction:-
"6(A) Admit this application and allow the same by fixing earliest date of hearing of the main petition being Special Civil Application no.911 of 2007 and Special Civil Application no.10021 of 2008 in the interest of justice."
2. The office is directed to take necessary action to list the matters in the cause list for final hearing, keeping in focus the order dated 16.3.2010 passed in Civil Application (for fixing date of hearing) No.2709 of 2010. By the said order, the Court has already directed the office to list the matters for final hearing. At the relevant time, it was directed that the matters may be listed for hearing on 19.4.2010. Therefore, registry shall take necessary action and list the matters for final hearing in the cause list which may be prepared after Summer Vacation, so as to comply with the said direction.
With the aforesaid observation and direction, present application stands disposed of.
