The endorsement on the Board indicates that the notices issued to respondents Nos.3, 4 and 7 to 10 have not been received back, either served or unserved. There is a further endorsement that notices issued to respondents Nos.5 and 6 could not be served, as the whereabouts of the said respondents are not known. The learned advocate for the petitioners may supply the correct addresses of respondents Nos.5 and 6 in the Registry, within a period of two weeks from today. Thereafter, the Registry shall issue fresh Notices to respondents Nos.5 and 6, making them returnable on 12.07.2012.
