DESAI) Mr.R.C.Jani, learned counsel appearing for the appellant has produced an undertaking dated 25.1.2012 signed by the appellant-original petitioner submitted to the Chief Officer, Mahesana Nagarpalika that the appellant shall vacate the disputed property. The undertaking signed by the appellant is taken on record. In view of the undertaking, this Appeal does not survive. Accordingly, this Appeal is disposed of. As a consequence, Civil Application also stands disposed of.
