1. Heard Sri Saurabh Yadav, learned counsel for applicant and learned A.G.A. for State.
2. The present bail application has been moved by accused- applicant for enlarging him on bail in Case Crime No. 71 of 2006, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 379 IPC, Police Station Alapur, District Budaun.
3. It is stated by applicant that he is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case.
4. However, from the supplementary affidavit filed by applicant, I find that applicant is a hardened criminal and 23 criminal cases are pending against him involving multifarious offence under various Statutes. Such a person, in my view, is capable of tempering evidence and threatening the witnesses.
5. Looking to entire facts and circumstances, at this stage, I do not find it a fit case for grant of bail.
6. Application is accordingly rejected.
