JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The observation of the Court that post the disposal of the writ petition the Tahsildar would not be precluded from proceeding in accordance with the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905 cannot give rise to a contempt petition by the original fourth respondent and petitioner before us, as there is no mandamus issued.
2. There can thus be no willful disobedience of the orders of this Court.
3. The petition is dismissed. No costs.
