Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record.
Case called out in the revised list. None appears on behalf of the respondent University. The prayer made by the petitioner in the instant writ petition is to re-examine the answer sheet of the petitioner in Chemistry Ist paper and Chemistry III paper of B.Sc III year held in the year 2018.
It is contended that certain irregularities were found in the award of marks to the petitioner in the answer sheets by the expert. The petitioner has moved a representation to make necessary corrections in the marks obtained by the petitioner in the aforesaid subjects. However, no action has been taken on the representation made by the petitioner.
No useful purpose would be served by keeping this writ petition pending.
The respondent no. 3 is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order along with fresh copy of the representation. In case, there are discrepancies in the marking of the answer sheets, the respondent no. 3 shall ensure that necessary corrections are made in the marks obtained by the petitioner.
The writ petition is disposed of.
