Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the order dated 11.7.2018 passed in Writ Petition No. 5185 of 2018 (Parvati vs. State of U.P. and 3 others).
Today when the matter is taken up, instructions received from the office of the opposite party dated 23.10.2021 was placed before the Court. The instructions are taken on record. It is stated in the aforesaid instructions that pursuant to the order passed by the writ court a decision has already been taken by the opposite party on 20.10.2021. It is also argued that the order of the Writ Court has been fully complied with in its letter and spirit and no further cause of action would remain survived and prays for dismissal of the present contempt application.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
In this view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that since the order of the writ court has already been complied with, therefore, no further order is required to be passed insofar as the present contempt application.
Accordingly, the present contempt application is dismissed.
In case the applicant is still aggrieved he is free to challenge the order passed by the authority by way of appropriate legal proceedings.
