JUDGMENT / ORDER

Ravindran, J.
The grievance in the instant petition is that the accounts of the Temple Advisory Committee of Sree Dharma Sastha Temple, Perumbavoor have not been audited. The second respondent has, in his counter affidavit, stated that the accounts were audited during the period between 12.5.2014 and 15.5.2014 and the audit was done by the Finance and Accounts Officer of the Travancore Devaswom Board.
2. The findings in the said report are the subject matter of D.B.P.No.114 of 2014. In such circumstances, we are of the opinion that the petitioner should get herself impleaded in D.B.P.No.114 of 2014 and seek appropriate orders. Without prejudice to that right, this petition is closed. If the petitioner has any other grievance, it will be open to her to agitate the D.B.P.No.76 of 2014 2 same by instituting other appropriate proceedings in the competent court.
