JUDGMENT / ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the fifth respondent to issue patta in her name in respect of the land in Survey No.1771/1A, Door No.44L, Siluvathur Road, Balakrishnapuram Village, Dindigul, Dindigul District, and to direct the respondents to pay a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- to the petitioner, as compensation.
2. Heard the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. There is no representation for the petitioner.
3. This Court is of the view that the prayer sought in this writ petition cannot be conceded with, since the petitioner was an encroacher of the road poramboke area, wherein, unauthorized construction came to be removed by the authorities.
4. Under such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant relief in this writ petition and the same is dismissed accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
