Parthvan vs State

Upon hearing learned advocates for the parties, ad-interim relief granted in Criminal Misc. Application No. 14283 of 2011 shall continue till next date of hearing keeping it open however for the investigating officer to record the statement of persons and other witnesses as named in the FIR and also to look into the material that may be produced by the petitioner with regard to the subject concerned.
