Learned counsel for the appellant is permitted to implead the first informant as Opposite Party No.2.
This criminal appeal has been filed against the judgment and order dated 02.07.2019 passed by Special Judge (SC/ST Act), Sant Kabir Nagar in S.S.T. No. 241 of 2017 (State vs. Ram Ashish and another), arising out of Case Crime No. 1768 of 2017, Police Station Dhanghata, District Sant Kabir Nagar, by which appellant has been convicted for the offence under Section 201/34 IPC and awarded the sentence of four months RI and a fine of Rs.10,000/- with default stipulation.

Notice on behalf of State has been accepted by learned AGA. Issue notice to opposite party no. 2.

Order on Bail Application
Heard learned counsel for appellant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
Learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that maximum sentence awarded to the appellant is that of only four months and the appellant has already been directed to be released on interim bail vide order dated 02.07.2019.
Considering the fact that maximum sentence is only for a period of four months and the final disposal of the appeal will take a long time on account of heavy dockets, let the appellant Parmesh be released on bail in the above-noted case on his furnishing a personal bond with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
On acceptance of bail bonds, the court below shall transmit the xerox copies thereof to this Court for being kept on record.
Half of the fine shall be deposited within one month from the date of release, which shall be paid to the first informant.
Certified copy of this order be given to learned counsel for the appellant today itself on payment of usual charges.
