Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned AGA.
This revision is directed against an order dated 27 June 2018 in terms of which the application for discharge has been rejected. The crime itself emanates from an allegation that the wife of the applicant was burnt in her marital home and ultimately succumbed to her injuries. Bearing in mind the fact that at the stage of discharge all that the Court has to consider is the existence of material which may even raise a grave suspicion with regard to the commission of offences, the Court finds no error committed by the concerned court so as to warrant interference under Section 397 Cr.P.C.
The revision lacks merit and is accordingly dismissed.
