Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
By the instant writ petition, petitioners are assailing the order dated 27 October 2016 issued by the State Government framing policy pursuant to judgment and order dated 5 December 2014 passed in Special Appeal (Defective) No. 994 of 2014 (Paripurna Nand Tripathi vs. State of U.P. & others) and the order dated 11 December 2016 by which claim of the petitioners for taking the institution on grant-in-aid has been rejected.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition can be decided in terms of the decision of this Court rendered in Jai Ram Singh and 11 others vs. State of U.P. & 3 others (Writ-A No. 38992 of 2017) along with batch of writ petitions. This fact is not being disputed by learned standing counsel appearing for the State- respondent.
In view thereof, writ petition is disposed of in terms of the decision rendered in Jai Ram Singh and 11 others vs. State of U.P. & 3 others (Writ-A No. 38992 of 2017).
