THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING, THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER Petition is admitted for hearing. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the same is heard finally.
2. In this petition, the petitioner is seeking for a writ of mandamus to the respondents to consider the representations submitted by the petitioner contained in Annexures-E, F, G and H and to dispose of the same by a speaking order.
3. When the matter was taken up today, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that with regard to the grievance of the petitioner, he has submitted representations to the competent authority and inter alia seek for a direction to the respondents to consider his representations.
4. The learned Addl. Government Advocate submits that suitable decision on the representations submitted by the petitioner shall be taken.
5. In view of the aforesaid submission and in the facts of the case, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the competent authority that suitable action on the representations submitted by the petitioner shall be taken in accordance with law by the competent authority by a speaking order within 3 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
